Note: grip NOT compatible with full-length fixed stocks, EXCEPT the IMI Defense Operator Stock (for rifle length buffer tubes), which we carry.

It requires an adjustable stock, fixed in at least the 3rd position out from collapsed. The stock stop product is great for this!

Note: not compatible with AR-10's, Ruger PC-9 carbines, or other similar rifles that modify the dimensions of the beavertail area. The vast majority of AR-15's in .556 are fine. Contact us if you're curious about your particular rifle.

    The grip is very comfortable, I suggest an ambi safety selector with this and an extended magazine release button if you have short fat fingers like me.

    So we ordered this for a compliant build and I’d have to say functionally, it does it’s job very well, and it may be one of the strongest features on the rifle. Now, just to consider, this was built to work well with either an adjustable stock with an exposed buffer tube. The build we installed this on included a DoubleStar ARX skeleton stock, and unfortunately there’s not much room to get the hand behind the rifle, specifically between the index and thumb, as there is very little space between the stock and the grip. As the end user is left handed, however, we found this to be the best option going forward and we have only great things to say about the products. Would (and have) absolutely recommend.

    It's definitely an option. But I found it way too uncomfortable. I would not buy it again.

    The compliance grip is great, I have the FDE color. It fits really well for medium and smaller hands. The hand swell makes it really comfortable and you can hold the entire rifle with one hand. It saves you from having to lock your magazine in place, you keep the original mag release button. In california, It makes your AR compliant in a featureless configuration, it replaces the standard pistol grip. In ca you can have no pistol grip, no flash hider, no adjustable stock, no forward grip. (If you live outside of ca, these rules are coming your way, vote no)
