It requires an adjustable stock, fixed in at least the 3rd position out from collapsed. The stock stop product is great for this!
Note: not compatible with AR-10's, Ruger PC-9 carbines, or other similar rifles that modify the dimensions of the beavertail area. The vast majority of AR-15's in .556 are fine. Contact us if you're curious about your particular rifle.

Calif Best Featureless Grip
Calif AR builder here since 2014. On all three builds, the Resurgent Arms Featureless Grip and the Extended Safety v2 are installed. #1 reason on this choice is the ergonomics of grip and safety. The grip has ambi thumb selfs, a feature no others have I believe. Thumb grip easily maintained in a forward position. With the reliability of the thumb grip, was able to eliminate the thumb flip safety all together, being a "right" handed shooter choose to go with the "left" handed V2.1 safety for that "right" finger flip option. With the firm thumb grip and thumb selves of the RA Featureless Grip allows me this "safety flip" option. 3 uses (trigger, mag release, safety) 1 finger. Any tactical primate will tell you thumbs are made for gripping not flipping. Thanks Resurgent Arms for a very innovative grip.
